Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst
to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. This is a
full-time onsite role
requiring close collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing existing software systems, and preparing complete IT documentation to support system revamp and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
  • Analyze existing software applications where system knowledge is limited to specific teams and create comprehensive IT documentation.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and process flow diagrams.
  • Support system revamp projects by identifying gaps and documenting current vs. future state requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear and feasible.
  • Maintain organized documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and system understanding across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and software documentation practices.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical specifications.
