About the Role:

RAI Enterprises is looking for a Site Supervisor with a solid background in civil works and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site management, renovation supervision, and ensuring project quality and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee renovation and construction activities remotely.
  • Ensure all work follows project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
  • Monitor material use, progress, and overall site performance.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate with management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • DAE or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in renovation or civil works.
  • Good understanding of construction drawings and site procedures.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects remotely.

Compensation:

Salary is negotiable, based on experience and skills.
