The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will play a critical role in developing and implementing the M&E framework and activities for our educational program. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in educational assessments, data analysis, and program evaluation strategies to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives and the enhancement of program quality and impact.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within the education sector or related programs.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing M&E systems and plans for education programs.
  • Demonstrable experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, data collection and analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with data management including the ability to structure and collate data sets for ease of analysis.
  • Ability to design and manage evaluations, including developing theories of change, logical frameworks, indicators, and data collection tools.
  • Strong understanding of the education sector, current educational research practices, and trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time, Office-based in Islamabad.

Period of Employment: 3 months

Salary: 70000 PKR
