Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Q&A and Live Monitoring Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for live monitoring and managing ECO4 jobs, ensuring all submissions are accurate, compliant, and completed within required timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Live monitor and manage jobs under ECO4 or similar government-funded schemes.
  • Ensure full compliance with scheme guidelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports of submitted and pending Jobs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ECO4 and/or BVS schemes (essential).
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements for government energy efficiency programs.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital submission tools, portals, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience handling IWI (Internal Wall Insulation) and EWI (External Wall Insulation) jobs.
  • Background in submissions, administrative, or compliance roles within the energy, housing, or retrofit sectors.
