Job Summary:
We are hiring an Accounts & Claims Incharge to manage daily accounting tasks and handle claims efficiently. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in both accounting and claim processing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and general ledgers
- Prepare invoices and financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Process and follow up on claims
- Maintain accurate records of claims and payments
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Claims Management:
- Process, verify, and document insurance or service claims.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve claim-related issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of claims.
- Maintain records of all filed and settled claims.
- Analyze trends in claims and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, related field and/or claims
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
