Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, support budgeting processes, and maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and a solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Monitor and reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies
  • Support budget planning and forecasting activities
  • Process payroll, expense claims, and other employee reimbursements
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory regulations
  • Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents and records
  • Assist in cash flow management and financial analysis when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) and MS Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team
  • Knowledge of local tax laws and regulatory requirements is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA Inter) is an advantage
  • Experience in financial analysis and budget management
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and automation tools
