The M&E Expert will lead the design of the MoPASS monitoring and evaluation system. They are responsible for designing and implementing effective monitoring and evaluation strategies, ensuring that project activities achieve desired outcomes and align with organizational goals. They will help design and test appropriate data collection tools.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop and refine the M&E framework for the Client monitoring and evaluation system.

  • Design data collection tools and methodologies.

  • Conduct field visits to ensure proper implementation of M&E activities.

  • Analyze data to assess effectiveness and impact.

  • Prepare detailed reports highlighting actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Train and supervise M&E support staff.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback into program design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field.

  • Advanced proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata).

  • Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills.

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Qualifications:

1) Education/Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field.

2) Language

  • English and Urdu at C1 level or above (based on CEFR levels)

3) General Professional Experience

  • 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation

4) Specific Professional Experience

  • 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation in the government, non-profit or international development sector.

  • Proven track record of implementing M&E systems in complex projects (examples from two projects).

  • Experience in training and capacity building in an M&E context (examples from two projects).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and conduct meaningful analysis (examples from two projects).

6) Professional experience in the country/region of assignment

  • 3 years' experience in Pakistan

7) Development cooperation experience

  • 2 years experience with development cooperation partners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200, Rs225,000.00 per month
