We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company seeking a results-driven HR & OD Specialist to support our organizational growth and employee development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with e-commerce operations.


• Design and execute Organizational Development (OD) programs.


• Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies.


• Conduct HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.


• Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's or Master's in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.


• 3–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on OD.


• Previous experience in e-commerce or a fast-paced digital environment is preferred.


• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
