Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR OD professional to support our Organizational Development initiatives within the e-commerce sector. This role will assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring HR programs that drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and learning & development.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute OD strategies, programs, and interventions.

Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate training & development sessions.

Design and monitor employee engagement surveys and action plans.

Support performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisals.

Maintain HR data related to training, talent development, and succession planning.

Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth execution of OD projects.

Lead change management and communication initiatives during HR programs.

Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation related to OD activities.

Stay updated on OD trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, OD, or related functions (preferably in e-commerce or fast-paced industries).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.

Passion for people development and organizational growth.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with performance management and employee engagement tools.

Hands-on exposure to training and development initiatives.

Knowledge of HRIS or other HR-related systems.
