Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Group Head located in Islamabad. The Creative Group Head will oversee creative direction, branding, and creative strategy for various projects. The role involves managing a team, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative outputs. Day-to-day tasks include leading brainstorming sessions, developing innovative concepts, and guiding the design team to execute brand visions effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 Years of Creative Agency Experience
- Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding skills
- Experience in Managing Teams
- Strong Team Management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proven track record in leading successful creative campaigns
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in advertising or a similar fast-paced industry is a plus
