Job Purpose:

Inspect, control, and monitor each step of dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging by performing intermittent testing and online batch file auditing to ensure timely releases to meet the marketing requirements and production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process monitoring of all production activities at defined intervals.
• Perform sampling at diffident stage as per approved procedure.
• Perform physical testing of all products as per BMR/BPR requirements.
• Ensure instruments of IPC Laboratory are calibrated as per defined frequency.
• Perform routine GEMBA of various production area and Support in all GMP audits.
• Maintain Equipment usage logbooks.
• Verification of Line Clearance process as per defined procedure.
• Escalate Documentation Errors with intention of improving documentation and Record Right first time.
• Batch Records review.
• Support of RCAs & Customer Complaint Investigation.
• Management of archive & retention room as per approved procedure.
• Issuance of Batch Records & Archiving.
• QMS Gap Analysis, SOP Review, CAPAs.
• Document incidents of GMP Violations and Product Quality Complaints.
• Lead the investigation of deviations reported in the ownership Operational Quality and ensure that all deviations are closed within the established timelines.
• Ensure that eDM elements of Rapid Response and Real time Investigation are met for the deviations in the ownership of Operational Quality.
• Perform and lead Management monitoring (Self inspection) to identify good practices and observations in department with developed CAPA/action plan along with its timely completion as per approved schedule.
• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
• Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

Skills and Competencies:​

• Pharm D. or MSc (Chemistry or Microbiology)
• 2 to 3 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
• Leadership skills
• Communication skills
• Result Oriented
