Develops FMEAs, control plans, process flow diagrams.

Engages in DfSS (Design for Six Sigma) or DfMEA when involved in product development.

Manages incoming quality control.

Leads supplier audits and scorecard programs.

Acts as the voice of quality in cross-functional teams.
