Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement countermeasures for problematic parts and processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
  • Monitor performance by analyzing supply data, pilot lots, and new sample results.
  • Generate and present weekly QA performance reports in management meetings.
  • Prepare trouble reports for defective items and share them with management and vendors.
  • Follow up on quality improvement plans with vendors.
  • Confirm and report QA rejections from the market (Purchase Returns).
  • Lead advance inspection for packing as per inspection plans.
  • Supervise QA Inspectors, assign tasks, and confirm inspection results.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) for daily inspection updates.
  • Host vendor-QA meetings to address and resolve quality issues.
  • Participate in vendor visits with the R&D team as a QA representative.
  • Handle out-door purchasing activities for QA needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, inspection processes, and vendor quality management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare structured reports.
  • Leadership skills to supervise and guide QA inspectors.
