Responsibilities

  • Quality Management System (QMS): Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, or other relevant industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Quality Control: Oversee all quality control activities, including incoming material inspection, in-process checks, and final product audits. You'll be responsible for identifying and resolving quality issues promptly.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize 8D, 5 Whys, and fishbone diagrams to investigate root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Supplier Quality: Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components. Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier performance metrics.
  • Customer Relations: Act as a liaison with customers regarding quality concerns. Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports for senior management on quality performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the automotive or a related manufacturing industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of quality management principles, statistical process control (SPC), and lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You must be detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs75,000.00 per month
