We're looking for a proactive
Operations Specialist
to work closely with the
CEO of a leading fine jewelry manufacturer
pioneering 3D tech and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations.


Location:
Amazon Mall, G.T. Road, Islamabad/Rawalpindi


Timings:
5:00 PM – 2:00 AM | Full-time onsite
(remote option for exceptional candidates)


Experience:
1–2 years in e-commerce operations or executive support


Salary:
Market Competitive (USD-pegged)


What You'll Do

  • Manage and streamline daily operations, projects, and workflows.
  • Oversee Shopify & Klaviyo tasks, using
    AI tools (like ChatGPT)
    to improve efficiency.
  • Support the CEO with reporting, planning, and performance tracking.
  • Drive operational excellence through organization, automation, and innovation.
