We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Intern to join our Project Management Office. The intern will assist in managing project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring effective coordination between departments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in project planning, coordination, and execution under the guidance of experienced project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely task completion
  • Support in preparing meeting minutes, project updates, and status reports
  • Identify and highlight potential risks or delays in project timelines
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the PMO team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed) in Computer Science, Software Engineering
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts and tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
