About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and confident Sales Executive who understands the Pakistani market deeply and knows how to close deals — not just talk.

This role is NOT for beginners or people experimenting with sales. We generate warm leads through paid ads. Your responsibility is to contact, follow up, convince, and CLOSE.

Key Responsibilities


• Contact 7–8 warm leads daily generated via paid ads


• Conduct professional sales calls and WhatsApp follow-ups


• Handle objections confidently and convert leads into paying clients


• Close at least 1 client per day (mandatory performance requirement)


• Maintain complete ownership of the sales cycle:


• First contact


• Follow-ups


• Deal closing


• Maintain daily sales reporting and updates

Mandatory Performance Expectations


• This role requires daily closures


• Leads are NOT cold — they are warm and interested


• Packages are reasonably priced, making closing achievable for a skilled salesperson


• Consistent effort and follow-ups are non-negotiable
