
IT Procurement Specialist

Channel Partner & Business Development
- Identify and recruit potential channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and retailers.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Conduct regular business reviews and meetings with partners to assess performance, address concerns, and explore growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient and seamless channel operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to inform strategy.
- Provide insights and feedback to senior management regarding customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
Financial & Accounting Support
- Demonstrate proficiency in using QuickBooks for various financial tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and management of accounts payable and receivable.
- Record financial transactions accurately and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Help reconcile bank statements, manage petty cash, and track expense reports.
- Support budget preparation efforts and monitor organizational expenses.
- Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks as required.
- Coordinate with banks for cheque clearances, cash deposits/withdrawals, and other financial requirements.
Administrative & Office Support
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Respond to inquiries and provide general administrative assistance to staff and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support daily operations.
- Plan and organize company-wide or departmental meetings, events, and activities.
- Manage relationships with vendors for administrative and office support services.
- Liaise with building management to oversee janitorial services and address administrative concerns.
- Coordinate with local vendors to fulfill office hardware and furniture requirements.
- Undertake special assignments and projects as directed by management.
- Engage in self-training to enhance knowledge in procurement and related domains.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities
· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Onsite position with US est time; 5:30pm – 2:30am PKST
Office Location: Gulberg Lahore.
