About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated
E-commerce Associate
to join our team in Karachi for night shift operations. The candidate will assist in managing E-commerce stores for U.S.-based clients. Training will be provided, so prior experience is helpful but
not mandatory
.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with an
Intermediate / A-levels or above
education who want to start a career in the fast-growing field of
e-commerce
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and optimizing E commerce stores (logos, banners, policies, listings).
  • Conduct product research to identify profitable and trending items.
  • Help with product listing & catalog management (uploads, descriptions, images, pricing).
  • Monitor inventory and assist with order processing/fulfillment.
  • Provide customer support (respond to queries, handle complaints, process returns).
  • Track performance metrics and ensure compliance with platform policies.
  • Maintain sales and expense records for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    Intermediate (Pre-Eng/Pre-Med/Commerce/Arts) or A-levels
    .
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Good English reading & writing skills (for product research and communication).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to work in
    night shift (9 PM – 6 AM)
    .
  • Prior e-commerce experience will be an advantage, but
    not required
