Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Islamabad. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the hiring process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with hiring managers, identifying talent needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring
  • Strong skills in Communication and Interviewing
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the education sector is an added advantage
