: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location
: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, Pakistan (Note: This is NOT a remote working position.)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in international recruitment to support our global operations. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing professionals across multiple regions and ensuring alignment with technical and cultural requirements in a fast-paced, innovation-driven industry.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Lead full-cycle international recruitment for technical and commercial roles.

Collaborate with global hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.

Manage candidate screening, assessments, and interview coordination across time zones

Ensure compliance with international hiring regulations and local labor laws

Support offer development, negotiations, and international onboarding processes.

Maintain recruitment data and KPIs using ATS and reporting tools.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

3–5 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in international hiring.

Proven success in recruiting across multiple countries and managing cross-cultural hiring.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Actively source candidates through extensive networking, online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
