About Us:

We are a growing school system based in Johar Town, Lahore, also offering online courses and digital learning programs. We are looking for a skilled QA Specialist to ensure the quality, accuracy, and smooth delivery of our educational content, systems, and learning platforms.

Responsibilities:


•Review and test school system content as well as online courses to ensure accuracy, consistency, and functionality.


•Identify mistakes, bugs, or gaps in learning materials, websites, and digital platforms.


•Document and report issues with clear details for timely resolution.


•Ensure all educational content complies with academic and institutional quality standards.


•Collaborate with teachers, content developers, designers, and IT teams to maintain quality.


•Conduct periodic audits of both classroom and online learning materials.


•Test and monitor the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide actionable feedback.


•Suggest enhancements to improve user experience for both students and faculty.

Requirements:


•Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Education (with strong IT/QA knowledge). Master's degree is a plus.


•Proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in education, software, or e-learning environments.


•Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


•Familiarity with online learning platforms, LMS, and digital testing tools.


•Good communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.


•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.


•Preferred Certifications (not mandatory): ISTQB, QA Testing, or equivalent.
