Job Overview:

We are looking for an Associate Game Product Manager to help drive the development and execution of engaging gaming experiences. This role requires a mix of strategy, creativity, and teamwork to ensure smooth project execution from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the game product lifecycle, ensuring timely execution.
  • Gather input from Game Designers and senior stakeholders to define product requirements.
  • Coordinate with Development, Engineering, and Marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Manage development tasks using project management tools like ClickUp.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to provide insights.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (certifications are a plus).
  • Experience: 2-3 years in project/product management (gaming industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in wireframing and mockup tools like Figma.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams.
