We are looking for a
Project Management Trainee

to join our team and support project managers in coordinating and executing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who want to build a career in
project management and technology-driven environments

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting on ongoing projects.
  • Monitor communication channels (Slack, email, Jira, etc.) and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Help in creating and maintaining project documentation, reports, and task boards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing notes, and maintaining project calendars.
  • Learn and apply
    Agile/Scrum project management practices

.
- Assist in managing tools, subscriptions, and operational activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Jira, Trello, or Asana

(a plus, not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or academic project experience in project coordination/management.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
