Remotebase is looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join us as an Operations Trainee. This is a part-time role with flexible work hours. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position.

About the Program:

The Operations Trainee Program will provide you with an immersive, hands-on experience where you will learn the ins and outs of our operational processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Support and learn core operational workflows
  • Keep things organized across Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Google Sheets, etc.
  • Assist in coordinating across teams to keep processes smooth.
  • Maintain trackers, schedules, and documentation.
  • Learn and take ownership of recurring operational tasks over time
Requirements
  • A recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom).
  • A fast learner who enjoys problem-solving and taking initiative.
  • Excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment with real growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
