Job Overview

We are seeking a
highly driven and analytical Technical Project Manager

to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical foundations, proven project management expertise, and a passion for driving teams toward successful project delivery. You will manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring smooth communication between clients and development teams, maintaining best practices, and delivering exceptional results.

ResponsibilitiesCommunication & Reporting

  • Ensure all communication protocols are followed, including
    EOD reports, weekly updates, client syncs, retrospectives, and daily standups

.
- Prepare agendas for client meetings and circulate meeting notes.
- Maintain proper storage of meeting recordings in the project drive.
- Provide
weekly progress reports

highlighting completed tasks, milestones, and blockers.

Project Planning & Tracking

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans with sprints, tickets, and milestone-first delivery.
  • Update project tracking sheets after meetings.
  • Reprioritize tasks based on client feedback for upcoming sprints.
  • Monitor task boards (JIRA, ClickUp, Trello) for pending and blocked items.
  • Ensure
    all sprint tasks are completed, tested, and demo-ready

before delivery.

Client Management & Delivery

  • Share demo builds, staging links, and live updates after each sprint.
  • Manage change requests, feedback cycles, and reprioritization with clients.
  • Obtain milestone sign-off from clients and coordinate updates with PMO.
  • Prepare project kick-off documents, handover documents, and testing feedback sheets.
  • Suggest future enhancements and improvements for delivered projects.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with development and QA teams to resolve blockers and track progress.
  • Act as a bridge between
    Sales, PMO, and Technical teams

, ensuring centralized documentation.
- Inspire, mentor, and guide project teams through effective leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 3–5 years

of experience in
Technical Project Management or Lead Developer roles
- Successfully delivered
5+ end-to-end projects

in a client-facing role.
- Hands-on technical experience on
3–5 projects

as a developer or technical lead.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of
    Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Proficiency with
JIRA, ClickUp, Trello

, or similar tools.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive project documents, including CRs, handover docs, and testing sheets.
- Excellent
client-handling, negotiation, and presentation
