Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counsellor located in Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan. The Educational Counsellor will conduct profile assessment, provide comprehensive counselling sessions, and guide students through the advantages and disadvantages of studying at specific institutions or regions. The role also involves matching students with the right institutions, advising on future prospects including employment opportunities, and assisting students in securing scholarships. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

  • Educational Consulting and Student Counseling skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to conduct research and interpret results
  • Knowledge of international education systems and institutions particularly in the UK
  • Experience in the educational consultancy industry is a plus
  • Providing one-on-one career counseling sessions
  • Developing personalized career plans and strategies
  • Assisting with resume and cover letter creation
  • Conducting mock interviews and providing feedback
  • Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and data management
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maximise productivity
