  • Provide support with the department's day-to-day tasks.
  • must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage high-volume workloads while meeting deadlines

  • Ensure that all documentation is completed in a correct manner and presented within the expected time frames as designated by the departmental head at any given time.

  • Should be good enough to handle different working situations/conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills are also important, to ensure the office operates efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, clients and team members by emails, telephone, and electronically. Proactively organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
  • Taking ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution.
  • Ensure timely resolution of any discrepancy .
  • Maintain a positive working relationship at all levels.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.

Education: Graduate

Experience : 2 Years Minimum in same field

Other Skills: Fluency in English (Mandatory).

Good command of MS excel and better commercial sense.

Excellent organization, planning and communication skills, client relationship management.

Working Hours:

  • Winter: 01:30pm-10:30pm , Summer : 12:30pm -09:30pm (this is the standard pakistan timings and can change as per requirement).
  • We only follows UK calendar for holidays , no Pakistani Federal Holidays
