The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, analyzed, and delivered into effective business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and research.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, QA, and Operations) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and propose solutions to improve processes and systems.
- Develop business process models, use cases, and user stories.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios and assisting business users.
- Ensure all requirements are aligned with business goals and regulatory/compliance needs.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (IT, Software, or related domain preferred).
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis techniques.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) preferred.
