Job Summary:

We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Executive (Female) to support and improve all HR functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).

Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, contracts) and update HR databases.

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.

Manage daily HR operations, including handling employee queries and concerns.

Support performance management processes and maintain appraisal records.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Organize training and development initiatives.

Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

Sound knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR tools.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of labor legislation and HR trends.

Experience in employee engagement and team-building initiatives.
