We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource & Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing talent acquisition, supporting HR functions, and leading training and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment, HR best practices, and employee development, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with organizational objectives.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and networks to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Onboarding and Integration:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Provide necessary training and support to new employees to enhance their engagement and productivity.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and resolution of employee concerns.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee performance evaluations and professional development opportunities.
- Training and Development:
- Assess training needs across departments and develop programs to address skill gaps.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives that support employees' career growth.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content as needed to ensure impactful learning experiences.
- Organizational Development:
- Lead initiatives that promote organizational development, culture-building, and employee engagement.
- Identify areas for improvement within the organization and propose strategies to optimize productivity, morale, and efficiency.
- Work with senior leadership to align organizational development goals with overall business objectives.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in human resources and talent acquisition, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
