We are seeking a detail-oriented eBay Marketplace Specialist to manage our store operations on the eBay platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory, coordinating order fulfillment, and handling customer service. This role also includes analyzing market trends and using eBay tools to improve store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, and images.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure timely order processing.
  • Research market trends, competitor pricing, and product positioning to maintain competitiveness.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, manage returns, and address feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Plan and implement promotional strategies using eBay's built-in tools.
  • Monitor seller performance metrics and recommend improvements to maintain account health.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience managing and optimizing an eBay seller account.
  • Familiarity with eBay policies, tools, and performance standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using eBay Seller Hub and basic inventory or analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience running eBay promotions and ad campaigns.
  • Knowledge of eBay analytics and reporting features.
