Role Overview:
We're looking for a
Junior Lead Generation Specialist
to support our sales team by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential leads. This role focuses on
LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and contact research
to build a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and other tools.
- Execute targeted LinkedIn connection requests, messages, and outreach campaigns.
- Assist in managing email outreach sequences and follow-ups.
- Extract and organize lead data into CRM systems.
- Track and report lead generation results and optimize outreach strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are handed off properly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and writing skills (English proficiency required).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, or CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to research and find accurate contact details online.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
