Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Digital Media Sales Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling social media advertising solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients to sell social media advertising services (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and propose customized advertising strategies that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop effective ad campaigns.
- Present campaign strategies, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize results.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising. `
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Having existing industry contacts or client networks.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital marketing, online media, or advertising.
- Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and explain campaign ROI to clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working with sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Sales revenue achieved within the assigned period.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Retention and upselling of existing clients.
- Client satisfaction and campaign performance ROI.
