Job Summary

This role will be responsible for leading the migration of the bank's sales, onboarding, and servicing processes to digital channels, ensuring excellent client experiences and robust governance. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams to deliver a seamless digital frontline and develop strategies for digital adoption, leveraging data analytics and digital marketing. Additionally, the role focuses on optimizing client engagement and service journeys, enhancing digital sales processes, and promoting digital self-serve onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for digitizing sales, onboarding, and servicing for the bank and work cross-functionally to develop digital solutions.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to encourage customers to self-onboard using digital journeys, utilizing tools like push notifications, EDMs, and social media marketing.
• Create a digital frontline sales and servicing model that leverages analytics to promote client self-serve digital onboarding.
• Conduct effective client awareness and frontline education/transition initiatives for digital sales and service migration.
• Optimize existing service journeys to eliminate client experience friction.
• Increase straight-through processing (STP) servicing and propose new digital service developments.
• Promote digital self-serve onboarding through the use of digital journeys.
• Develop push notification calendars to enhance client conversion rates.
