We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with IT Management and Social Media Strategy experience to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will lead software development projects, oversee IT infrastructure and operations, and manage the technical aspects of social media platforms and digital engagement tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and tools.
  • Lead software architecture design and contribute to full-stack development efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce best coding practices.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend innovations that improve product quality and efficiency.

IT Management (25%)

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity measures.
  • Manage network architecture, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and backup/recovery strategies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, handle software licensing, and maintain hardware inventory.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and SLA compliance.

Social Media & Digital Strategy (15%)

  • Oversee the integration of social media APIs and analytics tools with internal platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure technical execution of social media campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure platform security and optimization.
  • Provide technical support for content management systems and automation tools.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Post Masters 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#).
  • Proficient in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, , .NET, Django).
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven experience in IT systems management, network security, and server administration.
  • Familiarity with social media APIs (Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMP, ITIL, or similar.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional or distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital analytics, and content platforms like WordPress or HubSpot.
