We are seeking a results-driven Operations & Performance Manager to oversee the full lead-to-conversion journey and ensure that our sales pipeline runs like clockwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, streamlining team workflows, and maintaining a stable 8% conversion ratio across the funnel.

This role requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable diving into day-to-day operations and ensuring the team consistently delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process from lead generation through to conversion.
  • Monitor and maintain the conversion ratio at 8%, ensuring pipeline stability.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Oversee team workflows, arrangements, and productivity on a daily basis.
  • Implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment across the funnel.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Use data analytics to review week over week projections and ensure consistent growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, performance management, or sales leadership.
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, sales metrics, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent organizational and people management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
