The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, streamlining team workflows, and maintaining a stable 8% conversion ratio across the funnel.

This role requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable diving into day-to-day operations and ensuring the team consistently delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process from lead generation through to conversion.
  • Monitor and maintain the conversion ratio at 8%, ensuring pipeline stability.
