Job Description
The Logic Design is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CSR – Business Development Executive for our Arabic Campaign, preferably with prior experience in Dubai-based markets. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and possess a solid understanding of Digital Marketing Services.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, generating leads, converting prospects, and building lasting relationships with international (UAE/Dubai) clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Arabic-speaking clients (UAE/Dubai region).
- Promote and explain company digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Website Development, Branding, etc.) to potential clients.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close business deals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.

Requirements & Skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken & written) – mandatory.
- Prior experience as CSR / Business Development Executive for Arabic clients, preferably in a Dubai-based campaign.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing Services and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a target-driven approach.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
