We're seeking a highly sharp, courteous, and interactive CSR Lead to manage leads on social media campaigns and drive maximum sales conversions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Manage and respond to leads on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

  • Engage with potential customers, answer queries, and provide excellent customer service

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through social media interactions

  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure maximum conversion of leads

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights for improvement

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices

*Requirements:*

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic analytics tools

  • Intermediate qualification (minimum)
