Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Coordinator based in Multan. The Regional Coordinator will be responsible for managing regional operations, supporting school activities, and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Key tasks include coordinating with schools, handling operational logistics, building relationships with community stakeholders, monitoring performance, and assisting in the implementation of educational programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Operations Management, Coordination, and Regional Coordination skills
• Community Engagement, Stakeholder Relations, and Communication skills
• Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Experience in program implementation and monitoring
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Prior experience in non-profit or education sectors is a strong advantage
