We are currently recruiting for a Member Engagement Executive on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Member Engagement Executive is responsible for services to ACCA members in Pakistan and operationally manages routine member engagement across the country. The role is responsible for the coordination of member-related activities which impact the set KPIs.

The role will preferably be based in Lahore, Pakistan.

The Role

  • Holding member events in Pakistan including New Member Ceremonies

  • Organising and facilitating CPD webinars by ACCA

  • Responsible for achieving member KPIs.

  • Be a part of the overall ACCA retention and conversion campaign, execute local retention and conversion activities among members (send emails, SMS, contact members at risk)

  • Conducting and managing all pre and post-event activities of CPD sessions/webinars including

  • Venue arrangements

  • Registrations and confirmations to participants

  • Pre coursework circulation

  • Coordination with the trainer

  • Moderating webinars

  • Attendance verification and CPD units calculation

  • CPD/ participation certificate distribution

  • Working on weekends to manage CPD events

  • Organising and facilitating face-to-face networking sessions for members.

  • Assisting the regional head of member affairs in achieving overall member targets for the region.

  • Collating member data ensures strict compliance with GDPR guidelines

  • Moderation of social media platforms created for members

  • Guiding affiliates in their membership application process and delivering PER session

  • Guiding members with Practicing Certificate application and PCTR completion.

The Person

  • Aware of ACCA's policies/ procedures

  • Experience in successfully operating in a B2C and B2B environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Be able to work under pressure

  • Be well-organised, have excellent time management skills, and be a good team player.
