Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR function, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, and payroll. This role will also involve providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- At least 4 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition with a multi national company.
- Experience in head hunting and maintaining a pool of candidates to match the growth stretegy of the orgnisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preparing and managing the learning program for employees and keeping CPD records
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the finance or professional services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, from a reputable university
