Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Analyst, based in Karachi. The HR Analyst will be responsible for supporting the HR department through data analysis, managing HR systems, and administering employee benefits. Additional duties include preparing reports, identifying trends, assessing workplace policies, and collaborating with managers to support HR initiatives and strategies for employee success and organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices, with experience in HR management
  • Strong analytical skills to assess trends, collect data, and provide actionable insights
  • Experience in Benefits Administration, including managing employee benefit programs and plans
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and other departments
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Karachi
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
