Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Analyst. The Human Resources Analyst will be responsible for analyzing HR data and metrics, developing and implementing HR strategies, conducting research and surveys, generating reports, and providing insights for decision-making. The role involves collaborating with the HR team and other departments to optimize HR processes and ensure the alignment of HR initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience and skills in HR data analysis, developing HR strategies, and generating reports
  • Proficiency in conducting research and surveys
  • Strong computer and software skills, including HRIS and data management tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
