Business Development Executive – Onsite (Karachi)
Job Description:

We're looking for a driven and energetic
Business Development Executive
to join our team onsite in
Karachi
. The ideal candidate will have at least
1 year of experience
in sales or business development and will be responsible for identifying new leads, managing client communication, and closing deals — especially around our digital services like landing pages, mobile app development, and design.

This is a performance-focused role with
base salary + commission
, and plenty of growth opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, email, and freelance portals (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr).
  • Understand client needs and pitch relevant services (web/mobile app development, UI/UX, etc.).
  • Write proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations and delivery timelines.
  • Track activity, update CRM tools, and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year experience
    in Business Development or Sales (preferably in a tech or software services company).
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Confidence in handling client calls and negotiations.
  • Ability to understand and explain digital service offerings.
  • Organized, consistent in follow-ups, and results-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
  • Background in IT, tech, or software industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science
  • Experience in selling websites, mobile apps, or SaaS products
