Role Overview

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both
designing and coding
. You'll design website interfaces in Figma and then build them using modern front-end technologies. You'll be responsible for making sure every website we deliver is
visually stunning, responsive, fast, and user-friendly
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design
    website layouts, prototypes, and UI kits in Figma
    .
  • Convert Figma designs into
    pixel-perfect, responsive websites
    .
  • Develop with
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
    , and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Ensure
    cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
    .
  • Build and maintain
    reusable components and design systems
    .
  • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate functionality.
  • Perform
    testing and debugging
    to deliver high-quality code.
  • Optimize websites for
    speed, SEO, and accessibility
    .
  • Use
    Git/GitHub
    for version control and code reviews.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    front-end tools, frameworks, and UI/UX design trends
    .

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, Design
    , or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in
    front-end development
    .
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    Figma designs and websites
    you've built from those designs.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    Figma
    (auto-layout, prototyping, components, variants).
  • Strong in
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
    .
  • Experience with modern frameworks (
    React, Vue, Angular
    ).
  • Knowledge of
    responsive design, accessibility, and SEO best practices
    .
  • Bonus: Familiarity with
    TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, , or motion design
    .

Soft Skills:

  • Strong design sense and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on usability and performance.
