We're Hiring – Business Development & Operations Manager (Call Center / BPO)
Location: Islamabad
Joining: Immediate
We are setting up a new Call Center (15–20 seats) and looking for an experienced Business Development & Operations Manager with strong knowledge of BPO industry + call center technologies.
What You'll Do
- Acquire call center/BPO projects (domestic & international).
- Set up and manage operations, call center processes, and agent training.
- Support in technical setup (cloud telephony, dialers, CRM integration).
- Lead and monitor a team of agents and ensure smooth delivery.
- Prepare reports, KPIs, and client updates.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center/BPO role (business development + ops).
- Understanding of cloud-based dialers, VoIP, CRM tools.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset & ability to work in a fast-paced startup setup.
- Immediate availability.
Compensation
- Base Salary: 70k-150k
- Incentives/commissions on client acquisition.
