Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive to support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content, conducting market research, and enhancing brand visibility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience across various channels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content for social media platforms and company blogs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure campaign execution.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Support event planning, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update the company website and marketing databases (e.g., CRM, email lists).
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role or internship.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads).
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
