About Company: Candid Marketing, a leading 360° advertising agency, offering its services especially in BTL, including Out-Door advertising, Activations, Brandings, Corporate Event Planning, Creative Design, Media Planning & Buying, Public Relations, Event Management and Exhibitions.
Location: Lahore-Garden Town
Position: Full-Time (On-Site)
Salary: 45000/- TO 75000/-
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing & Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and promote our advertising services across various sectors. You will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify potential clients, build prospect lists, and initiate outreach through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, and networking.
· Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
· Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to prepare customized marketing proposals and pitch presentations.
· Liaise with internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
· Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
· Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and brand activation.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or related field
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar business development or marketing role, preferably in an advertising/creative agency
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Proven ability to generate leads and close clients.
· Familiarity with advertising mediums (OOH, BTL, Digital) and campaign strategies.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
