Role Overview

We are looking for a
Production Lead
with
3–5 years of professional experience
in media production, video editing, and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating high quality, engaging content and can manage the entire process from
concept creation to final delivery
while maintaining international standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Creative teams to develop original content concepts.
  • Manage the full production cycle: pre-production planning, shooting, editing, and delivery.
  • Direct and oversee shoots, including location management, crew coordination, and equipment setup.
  • Edit and supervise post-production: video editing, sound design, colour grading, and motion graphics.
  • Ensure all content is delivered on time, aligned with brand identity, and optimised for platforms (social, TV, digital).
  • Lead and guide a small in house production team and coordinate with freelancers when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in production, filmmaking, or content creation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and creative storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for lifestyle, luxury, and real estate branding is a plus.
